DAMAGES & RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your SUDZZfx products, we accept returns within 15 days from the time of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Only items purchased from sudzzfx.com are eligible for a return. Products purchased from our retail/salon partners should be returned to the retailer/salon of purchase. Any promotional product(s) or gift must accompany the return to receive a full refund to the payment method used on sudzzfx.com.

In order for your return to be processed, items must be unopened or lightly used. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card only. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or improperly shipped. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail. Exchanges are offered only for products of equal or lesser value. Please contact us using the form below if you would like to exchange your product(s) and are within the 15-day timeframe.

If you placed a SUDZZfx order from Amazon, products can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases, if purchased from an authorized seller. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. In order to begin the returns process, you must find the order in your Amazon account, and then follow these steps:

  1. Locate the product you are wanting to return in your Amazon account.
  2. Click on the “return or replace items” and follow the prompts.
  3. A return label will be provided on the website and by email. You may also get additional paperwork to print.
  4. Pack any paperwork with the item you’re returning.
  5. Follow any remaining instructions given to you by the Amazon return center.
